Expocine 2020 will host sessions for scriptwriting and co-production projects Expocine " Given the success of the 2019 edition, could leave out this important meeting space for investors and creatives " says Marcelo JL Lima, founder of Expocine .
Besides being virtual, another new feature is that presentations this time will not be restricted to corporate projects, but will be open to individuals , including screenwriters, students, or producers. A total of 20 feature-length film scripts or projects, whether fiction or documentary , will be pre selected for presentation before the event. Then, a panel of qualified audiovisual professionals will select 10 participants to present at Expocine 2020 .
Spcine will also nominate two projects through its affirmative action policy notices , projects that will be presented to national and international producers and distributors.
Registration opens on August 26th and accreditation in the “pitching” will offer all the benefits of accreditation for the event as a whole, plus the right to submit a project.
