Terms and conditions for registration to the event
By confirming this document of terms & conditions, you recognize having read and understood its content, declares to be in agreement and understand that the term “user” in this document represents the owner of the registration of this term;
The content of this page, as well as its updates, is the exclusive property of Tonks Cinematografica, Consultoria e Editora Ltda, Society with headquarters at Avenida Paulista, 2073, Cinema, Cep 01311-940, São Paulo-SP, Brazil, and are protected by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, as well as by international law;
All EXPOCINE subscribers authorize the use of their voice and appearance for all types of media, audiovisual and printed, for all eternity;
Registration in the Premium category grants access to strategic and confidential content of the film market, and is therefore exclusive to professionals proven to act in the sector. All registrations in this category will be subject to the internal evaluation of the EXPOCINEteam, in order to verify the existence of professional bond of the registered with the film industry. If it is not possible to prove such a bond, the EXPOCINE reserves the right to revoke the registration without the right to full reversal of the amount paid.
Of the intention to participate in events
The application for registration and vacancy reservation at the EXPOCINE event is specifically offered to users identified through the individual and private account created by the user on the Sympla event registration platform. No more than one application is allowed by, email and/or CPF at the same event, ie each interested in participating in the aforementioned event must make their own registration request and vacancy reservation at the event through their individual and private account on this platform.
The request for registration and vacancy reservation at the desired event represents the notification, by the user, to organize the EXPOCINE of their desire to participate in the event chosen at the moment when clicking on the “Finish Order” button, made by completing the respective forms on the online registration order pages presented on the Sympla platform. By clicking on the “Finish Order” link/Event Organization system will automatically block a vacancy in the register/user's name - being unavailable to anyone else. The application for registration and vacancy reservation will be managed full and unilaterally only by EXPOCINE.
If necessary, any of the EXPOCINE managing may request, at any time, support and additional information to the user to validate the application for registration and vacancy reservation at the event.
Validation and realization of the vacancy reserve in events
The effective validation of the application for registration and vacancy reservation at the requested event is materialized after confirmation of the full payment of the amount released on the event page and the presentation of additional information - when requested. IMPORTANT: Partial payment of the value of the event is no implicit guarantee that the vacancy at the event is validated and guaranteed. If you do, any of the EXPOCINE managements, may request, at any time, support and additional information to the user to validate the application for registration and vacancy reservation at the event.
Of regret and/or cancellation of the online registration request
The user may exercise the right to regret the application and vacancy online reservation at the event held on the Sympla platform within 7 (seven) days of payment of any amount referring to his vacancy reservation at the event. Refunding the full amount (100%) paid will be returned within 60 (sixty) business days from the date that the user has made their written regret in the EXPOCINE Site Contact us page (wwwexpocine.com.br). The repentance statement is irreversible, with the respective application for registration canceled and the vacancy reserved in the user name unlocked and automatically made available for new applications.
Prior cancellation of the registration request and vacancy reservation at the user requested event when the user sends to EXPOCINE a written statement on the page with us of the site www.expocine.com.br.
Up to 15 days before the event's starting date will be authorized the cancellation and full reimbursement of the amounts to the user, discounting registration sales processing expenses and taxes.
From 14 (fourteen) days missing from the initial date of the event, any request for cancellation and/or registration registration will not be reimbursable, since the organization of the event has already started its planning and execution expenses.
The application for registration and vacancy reservation is considered to withdraw when the user refuses from previously requesting the cancellation of the EXPOCINERegistration Request; Effectively do not attend at the time and time of the event (no-show) or to be definitively absent from the event. It is previously clarified and agreed that the user precludes any interperelation and reimbursement or credit generation of any percentage of the amount actually paid.
CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT
In the event of cancellation of the event, due to fortuitous or force majeure, within 30 days of pre-realization of the event, the EXPOCINE is responsible for reimbursing or generating credit at future events, according to the user's interest, in the order of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount actually paid, respecting the costs of selling the sale and taxes already collected.
In the event of cancellation of the event due to fortuitous or force majeure in less than 30 days pre-realization of the event, EXPOCINE is responsible for generating credit in future events in the order of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount actually paid.
IDENTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION
The inscription and possession of her accreditation is personal and non -transferable. Any use of the same credential by different persons is proven, it will be summarily canceled without any right to reimburse by her owner.
Content security
By participating in EXPOCINE, it is strictly forbidden to film, photograph, take print off the screen, record and propagate any content presented there during the entire period of the event without prior authorization.
By participating in EXPOCINE, any comments on messages, social networks or other user's opinion expression format about the content presented at the event is prohibited without prior authorization.
The user who does not comply with clauses 16 and 17 will suffer the sanctions due to the Brazilian and international justice, including the possibility of arrest, on the accusation of propagating the content of copyright without authorization and piracy practice.
Responsibility Exemption
By “finalizing order” on the Sympla platform, the user accepts that EXPOCINE is not responsible for any damage, damage or loss suffered by the user due to internet failures, system or server used by the user arising from third party conduct, if fortuitous or environmental weather. As well as, it also understands and accepts that EXPOCINE will not be responsible for any viruses or similar who attacks the user's equipment due to the access, use or browsing on the Internet or due to data transfers, files, images, texts or audio and to be cautiously cautiously cautious when accessing the internet or www.expocine.com.br.
Access and navigation on the Sympla platform, the application for registration and the vacancy reservation at events do not generate any contract of society, mandate, franchise or employment relationship between EXPOCINE and the user. The user exempts him to EXPOCINE responsibility with any expense, burden, loss, theft or theft suffered by the user who occurred in parallel, due to, or at the venue of the event. Exemplaryly but not exclusively: stays, food, transportation, parking, etc.
The granting of any courtesy or benefit offered by the speaker (s) or the EXPOCINE does not alter in any term, direction, guideline and protocol this “service term”, which will remain righteous until the contracted service was realized.
Privacy of information collection
The information of your registration is stored in a safe environment and accessed only by the administration of EXPOCINE, the speaker, the advertiser and the sponsors;
Credit card transactions are made directly with the servers of credit card transaction administrators offered at the time of the vacancy reservation request, which guarantees full security for the payment of the registration. Therefore, the data provided in the payment of the credit card registration request is not stored in the EXPOCINEsystem;
Bank payment transactions, by bank deposit or transfer between accounts, will only be accepted if carried out in the bank account indicated at the end of the registration request process;
Your registration data (name, telephone, email, etc.) will never be disclosed to third parties -except for the actors presented in item 23 of this term -, keeping their privacy as much as possible;
Do not provide your password or the code of your ticket to others, it is important to keep your data absolutely confidential;
Presence at the event
The use of the user identification badge used during the event is mandatory and should be removed at the accreditation counter near the entrance of the event.
The identification badge is personal and non -transferable, being mandatory for access to all event activities (exhibition area, auditoriums and other enclosures).
If there is a loss or forgetfulness of the badge, the participant must bear a fee of R $ 1,500.00 (one thousand five hundred reais) for issue of duplicate. This condition is an irrevocable security measure.
The total capacity of the event is calculated by adding all the available content and networking spaces of the event. Therefore, the credential does not guarantee the content spaces in its entirety, since there are other spaces with concomitant content being performed simultaneously and with available places. The organization of the event suggests early arrival at content spaces at least 30 minutes in advance.

EXPOCINE 2024 will be held at the Hotel Renaissance (Alameda Santos, 2233-Jardim Paulista, 01419-002) and at Cine Marquue (National Gallery at Avenida Paulista, 2073, cinema, 01311-940), both spaces located in the city of São Paulo-SP, Brazil
